I am so happy that I purchased this rice cooker. My previous rice cooker a small 3 cup model made by National. The rice that comes out of my Zojirushi is perfect! I like especially how the entire bowl of rice is made perfectly, from top to bottom, no hard spots or soggy spots. It was definitely worth the investment to upgrade.
