I love my Zojirushi rice cooker. I first used one of their rice cookers in Japan, and ordered a new one as soon as I moved back to the U.S. It cooks rice perfectly for me every time. Really, I have no complaints whatsoever.
One earlier reviewer complained about not being able to find a Zojirushi home page to inquire about high-altitude cooking.
