This product is excellent. If you want great tasting rice, use the regular setting (around 45-60 minutes to cook). If you're in a hurry, use the "Quick" setting for a 15-20 minute cook time. Apparently the "Quick" setting doesn't soak the rice but it seems to taste just as good. Overall, the device is compact, high quality, and has a convenient retractable cord.
